Shipping Policy and Information
- Our default shipping carrier is USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. It is the most cost effective method we
offer, sometimes matching the price of the slower USPS Ground delivery. Please be aware
that the postal service does not guarantee 2-3 day delivery, though the vast majority of
shipments are delivered during that time frame.
- We offer free shipping via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail on any domestic order of US$500 or
more
(not including tax).
Other shipping options (such as Federal Express Overnight or 2-Day) will
incur shipping charges.
- Items not in stock will be automatically backordered and we will inform you of the
anticipated delivery date via email. If you decide you do not want the item to be
backordered just let us know via email or by calling toll free (866)
733-7210. You will not be charged for any backordered
item (or any item for that matter) until it has been shipped.
- We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received are normally shipped
the same or next day (if the order is received late in the day).
- We also offer Federal Express Overnight and 2-day options.
